i found the automatic processes to be quite efficient and straightforward. a coffee machine, freezer, and kettle were welcome amenities in my room. the location proved convenient, with easy access to nearby shops and dining options.
i noted that the building lacked clear signage, a detail that initially caused some uncertainty upon arrival.

The location was very convenient. I found several restaurants and shops nearby. The room was very clean. That was something I noticed right away. Clear instructions were provided for check-in.
I had trouble with noise from the room above mine. It took a while to resolve it via online communication. I received apologies for this, but I was not informed of this beforehand.

no staff whatsapp communication
the room had everything i needed. it was acceptable.
I found this chain has no staff at this hotel. all communication occurred through whatsapp, a fact not clear when i booked. one night, i complained via whatsapp about noise from the room above. resolution took almost an hour. A staff member present would have handled it faster.

a cozy retreat
silent fridge complimentary drinks easy access close u-bahn
the room felt spacious! it included a silent fridge which i found very practical. there were complimentary drinks provided. the location allowed very easy access with the pin code. the u-bahn was also very close.
The room was super clean! but there's no staff around! it means that there's no human interaction which can be a bit isolating if you like a more social experience. I missed that.

The hotel has a fitness studio on the first floor. The studio contains three treadmills, two stationary bikes, and a selection of free weights. the building also offers luggage storage both before check-in and after checkout. This service provides a great convenience.
